Quality assurance program

GPTech embeds Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) as the part of its Quality Management (QM) process and implements activities for systematic measurement, comparison with a standard, monitoring of processes and applies a feedback loop for error prevention. GPTech’s QA objectives are to ensure requirements are fulfilled, the product is suitable for its intended purpose and errors are reduced. GPTech applies its QM process to management of its services, client deliverables and contract tasks. GPTech’s QM process manages quality and achieves customer satisfaction. GPTech executes this framework over the course of the project timeline, and applies its expertise in functional areas to ensure quality standards are applied in a technically appropriate manner.  GPTech’s QM process establishes and implements a quality policy throughout the contract identifying, defining, designing, and building quality into the outcome.
